Our full service fees will vary according to the type of visa you are applying for and are determined on a case-by-case basis as we need to consider the complexity of your case and any other additional requirements you will need to meet beforehand.

As part of the full service, we will: 

  • Provide you with a full assessment on your visa options based on your circumstances and immigration history

  • Explain the requirements and guide you in each step of the process

  • Provide you with ongoing advice and consultation up until the outcome of the visa application

  • Assist you in gathering all the required documentation

  • Recommend and advise on certain documents or evidence that will help strengthen your visa application

  • Prepare a supporting submission that addresses how you meet the legal requirements for the grant of the visa

  • Help you complete the relevant forms for the visa application

  • Lodge your visa application and supporting documents

  • Be your authorised representative in all correspondences with the Department of Home Affairs

  • Keep you updated on the progress of your visa application

  • Explain the decision made by the Department of Home Affairs and advise if there are any actions needed thereafter
