Peter Chang founder, director and registered migration agent of titan migration

Peter Chang is the principal migration agent and founder of Titan Migration. He was born and raised in Sydney, Australia. His parents migrated to Australia in the late 1970’s as refugees after being forced to flee war-torn Cambodia. Peter grew up and went to school in the Canterbury-Bankstown region in Sydney, where his friends, schoolmates and associates all came from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds.

"His parents migrated to Australia in the late 1970’s as refugees after being forced to flee war-torn Cambodia"

Peter has always had a passion for community service and has volunteered for a variety of non-profit and community organisations for almost 20 years. Since 2013, he has volunteered at a local library, teaching English to refugees and migrants. It was here that he realised his love of working with and helping people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities. This inspired him to pursue a career as a migration agent.

Prior to becoming a migration agent, Peter worked in the public sector for over 10 years at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) and the NSW Department of Education. He holds a Bachelor of Business & Commerce (Banking & Finance) from Western Sydney University, a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice from the Australian National University (ANU).

"Peter has always had a passion for community service and has volunteered for a variety of non-profit and community organisations"

Peter is a registered migration agent with the Office of Migration Agents Registration Authority and a Justice of the Peace (JP) in the State of New South Wales. He is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia, Migration Alliance, Khmer Community of NSW and the Ethnic Communities Council of NSW. Peter speaks English and Khmer (Cambodian) fluently and has basic conversational skills in Chinese (Teo Chew and Hakka) and Vietnamese.

In his spare time, Peter plays tennis, touch football and basketball. He is an avid follower of NFL, AFL, Rugby League and has had a lifelong fondness of all genres of music. He currently lives in Sydney with his wife and son.
